I called ahead to check if the cleats I wanted to buy were in stock. The person I spoke with stated they would keep it on hold for me as it was in stock. They were super helpful in processing a return. I just wish they had been more helpful in helping me find jockstrap stuff for my son as well as football gloves. I'm clueless when it comes to sports and this is my son's first year a little more direction would've been nice like the associate that helped me at the Big 5 location across Fashion Place in Murray.

Found what we wanted and prices were better than online. They participate in local school fundraising with discount cards. Customer service was ok, had to chase them down though.

I haven’t been in a Big 5 in a while. I should go more often. This was absolutely the best customer service that I’ve received in a retail setting in ages. I’ll come back just to deal with these awesomely helpful and friendly folks. Three people talked to me and pointed me in the right direction as I came in to the store and the gentleman in the shoe section bent over backwards to help me find all the choices in the size I needed. Great team!
