First of all the guy that put up our items for giveaway threw some on the ground most of them baby strollers and seats. He also flipped a container when my aunt told him that we had stuff to giveaway. He also threw two baby car seats on the ground when someone else told him that they had stuff to giveaway. Honestly, surprised that he is still working there. They should fire him especially if he's been doing this. He needs some anger management.

I was a regular here. They outright refused to sell me a product that they had already priced and put on the shelf when they realized they could make more money than it was marked for. From this it's clear that they don't care about maintaining a positive relationship with their customers or doing business fairly; it's all about how much they can make from their *free* inventory. Calling this place "goodwill" is ironic.

After having a terrible experience yesterday at the Goodwill. I’ve tried to call them four times this morning and every time it went to voicemail. There is a very old lady with white hair and glasses that works the checkout counter. She was aggressive rude, also yelled at me and my sister. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be taken care of.

Cashier Carol really needs some customer service training. Completely rude and unprofessional. However I was quite impressed by the gentleman stocking the children's books, he was really talking his time and pride in his work.
