I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always had slow service. Looks like they just throw the food together. Workers are very rude and disrespectful. I waited at the drive-thru for over 45 mins before driving up to the window only to see that their worker was high and couldn’t even take my order properly, I had to leave without ordering.

Only giving two stars for the ice cream. Also. Open 24 hours? Yeah right. I came tonight before 10 and they said they were closed because it’s a holiday. When I asked which one, they said “Father’s Day” and had an attitude. They close at a different time every night. You never know what time that’ll be. I’ll be contacting their franchise manager, but please know that these hours are NOT accurate.

McDonald's is McDonald's. Sometimes they get the order right and Sometimes they don't. It is a slow and painful process to go inside or the drive-thru. But if you order a sausage egg and cheese on biscuit. You better check before leaving.

I would like to say that every time I come to this McDonald's. The staff really works hard. Given all the courses that we have come by throughout life! They still provide me with a hot meal and I appreciate everyone here that takes the dedication to do their job. Today a lot of us don't appreciate what we have we take life for granted but I give it up to the Buford GA McDonald's they make my day!! WHEN I order food from them. Thanks for all the hard work! I know me my daughter's experience are always great! Keep working hard so many people do appreciate what you do!✌️💚🙂🇺🇸
