Employees were masked up as well as the customers when I was there. Hand sanitizer was available at the counter. One of the safer places to patronize.
Tandy Leather is a craft supply store. If you call them they can probably get you in touch with someone that can do that.
Not Sure if they do but if not mid valley leather in Murray does for $10

They don't repair as a paid service, but they will help you with how to do it yourself and what you will need
