A year ago I bought here an apple watch and so far I love it! It runs smoothly; it’s resistant, the battery last longer, and charger is fast. It keeps connected with my phone and works great as an alarm. I can’t live with it! My husband’s phone was also running into some issues, and since they couldn't fix it, they gave him a brand new phone the next day. Awesome customer service! Overall, I’m pleased with all of my apple products. They last forever and runs nice!

You can call the apple store you want to go to and ask to set up an appointment with a tech specialist. They may be able to do it over the phone as well depending on what your issue is.
My laptop says it is full, but I don't save anything on it, I use the cloud. What can I do, because it says there isn't enough space to do an update. THANKS!

No you don't need to take an appointment before. Just go there they will register your spot at the gate and you will have to wait depending on their availability of a technical team.

Return to the place where you got the phone and explain to them the problem.
As long as you have proof of purchase of the device you are trying to unlock, and you call Apple Care for an appointment, they should be able to do this for you!

Just because you bought an iPhone doesn't mean that you bought it at the Apple Store more than likely you didn't, so you go to the place where you bought it ....It would be AT&T T-Mobile Sprint Verizon Etc. does that make sense? LOL
The Apple card was just announced in March. It isn't available until summer of 2019 at this point. You will need to sign up using your wallet app and you will be notified when it is available.
