2nd time here. They said they could do online orders only. So I did it. They didn't have the choice for coffee. I added for a yellow packet of fake sugar and it was the wrong size also

Filled our drink with so much ice it was up to the lid. We poured it in a cup at home & we got about 8 oz of liquid. We ordered a venti and didn’t ask for extra ice.

Burnsville cty 42 location 1:30 pm Walk in doors locked, went and used drive thru which shut down after the third car in back of me had place their order. Web site says they are open till 9pm. This not the first time that this location has been closed when I have tried to visit during their normal hours of operation, Lakeville location also seems to have this issue. I use Starbucks and Caribou regularly and don't have this problem with Caribou, think Starbucks should see what they are doing right So as not to miss customers

I was there February 10th at about 10:30 am. The young lady in the drive thru was very rude and unfriendly and clearly hates her job. My order was not made correctly because she was lazy and probably felt like she didn’t have to make it the right way. If she hates her job so much that customers can tell, maybe she should find a new one!
