A week ago I bought a pair of 119 $ sandals in Ugg Soho. When I tried to pay with my Visa card, no receipt or confirmation came out and I was told it was declined. My friend then paid for the sandals with his MasterCard. On Tuesday I found out Thant both transactions went through. The money was deducted from both my account and my friends account and I reached out to the store by phone. When I explained their mistake on the phone I was not given an apology. Instead I was told they would look into IF they made this mistake (or if it was just something I said…?) and get back to me. Two days later I called them again to follow up, still no news. Working in a bank I know they’ve been able to figure this out the day the transaction took place and I have no idea why it has now been a week and they still haven’t refunded my money. Watch out if they charge you twice and If they do, don’t expect an apology - and don’t expect them to do much about it. It’s been a week now since my purchase, and I’m about to file a fraud form with my card company to get my money back.

Terrible customer service! There is no one to greet you or welcome you. The two sales associates just continued to have a discussion amongst themselves and laughed the entire time while enriched in their conversation. I will not be back at this location. If I could give zero stars I would.
