I hadn't been there in a lil while & felt like getting a plain donut. The young lady was very nice & did tell me that their prices went up. I left because I wasn't about to pay over $1.25 for one donut. The exact amount I'm not sure of, I kind of tuned out after I heard $1.00.

Count your change at this Dunkin. I was rang up for $2.16. I paid with a $20 and the cashier gave me $17 back. It took a second to register but I asked where the rest of my change was. My cashier said oh we don’t have any change insinuating like it was my problem. I said OK can I have a dollar back. She yelled to someone behind the counter saying “This man needs change. Can you scrounge up whatever we have or give him a dollar?”. The whole time all the employees were yelling back and forth to a table in the dining area having a good time.

The service was extremely slow. When I arrived, there were two people who had placed their orders and had been waiting over 10 minutes. Additionally one person's order was incorrect. At the counter was a gentleman waiting to pay for his order but no one ever came to the counter. I waited 10 minutes before leaving- I never placed an order. Incidently, that gentleman was still waiting to pay when I left. Also, there seemed to be no rush to help the patrons inside or out- the drive thru was equally bad with cars pulled over to the side waiting for their orders as well.

It was the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. First, they didn't have any donuts made, except a few glazed that were hard as a rock‼️ Plus I had to wait 15 mins just to get a caramel frapp. And there was NO CUSTOMERS waiting to be served👎👎👎👎
