Hugh is awesome!!! An A+++ experience from initial meeting to the final checkin. Hugh took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner. After his testing and analysis, I was measured for an orthotic, which arrived in the quoted timeframe. I literally could not believe the difference!! My feet haven’t been this happy in years!!! I only wish I had done this years ago. Hugh is a miracle worker. I highly recommend. Due to all his (deserved) positive reviews, I chose to drive past a much closer Foot Solutions store in Ardmore to Hugh’s spot in Norristown. If you are on the fence, give Hugh a chance. I promise you will not regret it.

Hugh is highly knowledgeable and professional. He took great care of my 88 yr. old Mother and my personal foot care needs. I feel much better with the custom orthotics from Hugh and purchased supportive shoes based on his sizing suggestion, (half size larger and 2 sizes larger in width. Go see Hugh!
