I usually don't have any issues at this location but Ginny has been pretty rude and passive aggressive to my employees dropping off deposits. "Bring your deposits more frequently, we may not be able to accommodate you next time." What does that even mean? Sorry pandemic has left us short staffed and unable to do a daily deposit but there shouldn't be any issue depositing money into an account we have with you. Please be nice to my employees and let me know if they are unkind to you in any way.

I have been banking with them for years the customer service is great but I'm suppose to have overdraft protection but for some reason IT NEVER WORKS. The bank let's payments come out whenever even if I dont have the money to pay it. This is so frustrating because this happens all the time and I have talked to people about it multiple times. I'm about to the point I'm going to a different bank because this shouldn't be happening multiple timesHi, Alex. Terrible and snotty customer service for about the fourth time. Second time using notary and condescending. Finally taking the time to close my account and go elsewhere.
