Very good place to spend a pleasant time, with your children. They will love this place

There's nothing specifically wrong with the park; it's well staffed, reasonably clean, decently priced. The problem is that at a max capacity of around 1270, and being the only water park within a several hour drive, and then only having a few attractions it feels crowded and underwhelming. The lines did feel as though they moved quickly however, once we were actually in the park. I do hope they continue to operate long enough to be able to expand enough to better fit the demand. Certainly worth visiting at least once, as long as your expectations are properly set.

We always have a great time even if its at maximum capacity and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait for food and drinks can be very long and very hot in the sun!! Waiting is expected but its gets over the 45 min mark sometimes!! The Wait for waterslides aren't long tho!

The park is managed well in my opinion. They limit outside beverages and food so they can make the food available inside worth making. It's usually clean but being mostly staffed with high school aged kids sometimes things get overlooked. …

It use to be at the top of the webpage, but I see it is no longer there. We have gone several times lately and didn't use the virtual line at all just walked up.
You can buy tickets on arrival at the admissions building before entering the park. Like last year, the park has a virtual entry list to help with social distancing. The parking lot staff will help you with this. I recommend arriving early on weekends because we usually hit maximum capacity in the afternoon.
If you get on the website and join the waitlist it only usually takes around 5 minutes to get to go in. Only due to the fact that they have a limit of so many people to go in at a time. But if you join the waitlist before you get there then there is no waiting
Has anyone rented a cabana here before? We want to do it all day but the website says 10 am until 4 pm. We are confused on why it says all day but has an end time before the park closes.

Adults are 17.99 and I believe kids are 15.99. But under 2 is free with swim diaper
I think it's $17.99 without any military or senior discount. 2 and under I think is free with those water pants. $15.99 might be price for 13 yrs and under.

When season ends. Not sure you want a summer pass. Unless you have very small children. Rude staff. A small baby almost drown. So much for life guards. Hmmmm

Neptune Island Waterpark (Owner) | Jan 8, 2019
Hi Carla,
Since this project is funded by the City of Hartsville, we can only extend resident discounts to those who live inside the city limits of Hartsville. We do offer military, first responders and senior discounts on daily admission tickets.
