The quality of patience care are non existent. My daughter is a very sick individual they don’t have the education to even handle her. Sometimes they say they called but I never received one. Then when I called after 10 minutes into my appointment only to find out they closed her case these people are getting paid to do absolutely nothing they are close your case happy the have no empathy, don’t read patients records. I to was receiving my meds for them they closed my case also because I missed my counselor call my phone doesn’t always work, then because I missed her call she took it upon herself to cancel my appointment with the doctor so no meds. I’m lost now I have no income and I have also a serious mental illness.

Horrible place Especially for your children. First my childs doctor schedules an appointment for 6:15 which I found weird to begin with. Ok we were not even 10 mins late. Dr refuses to see my son who desperately needs be on correct medicine b4 school starts. They will hear from me

Do not recommend this place. Very rude staff, will not be seen anywhere close to appointment time. What was supposed to take us an hour took over 3 hours . Not happy at all. Never got a straight forward apology either. Even the supervisors are rude. And the building needs updating very badly along with the computer systems there. It seems they are always crashing and having to reboot systems there.

First counselor. Awesome Second. Absolute nighmare. Said she didn't know how to "help" me because of my "education". Also asked why I did not go to church. I NEVER said I did not. Also had session interuppted during the eclipse so her supervisor and her could watch it on her computer and then outside. When I shared my concerns about 👆 she said she thought I needed to see someone else. After 3 weeks with no follow up I went in to see if she had found me someone else. The NEWest counselor told me today that she was not going to be influenced by the "intimate gossip" that I was combative....wt.... Aaaaand when I stated that "I hated" the "aluminum foil art" on the wall because it was a trigger to my active addiction she said, You're NOT going to talk like that here aaaand we are not here about your addiction. That's another issue. WHAT????? Absolutely condesensing, unprofessional, insensitive, AND rude. Disgusting!!!!!!
