Holiday Inn Express Pembroke, an IHG Hotel

I reached out to the Holiday Inn Express per my upcoming reservations. The individual I spoke with, Tiffany on the late night/morning shift was rude, disrespectful and downright nasty. It was obvious she did not appreciate my inquiry and was determined not to offer assistance, To be in the hospitality business, she’s the worst example of accommodating I’ve ever encountered. This person should not be engaging with the public, she is a poor representative for your franchise.

This is probably the best hotel in Robeson County NC. Its been 4 years since i stayed hear and I was expecting to see some wear and tear but I did no. The hotel is well maintained and everything is in emaculate condition. The breakfast is by far the best I've had in a NC hotel. This was worth what it cost and if you are still not convinced the photos should convince you. Great job HIE Pembroke.

Great facilities and staff. My stay was predicated by some mechanical issues while traveling. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding someone local to repair my transmission and then assisting me with my transportation needs. The Breakfast options were phenomenal and actual food was delicious. A+++

The staff is so helpful with any request the manager is on site all the time and is willing to help in anyway possible. The location is so convenient to UNC-P university. The hotel is very clean and safe and quiet. The value is very good for the location. Like the art work that is displayed by a local artist.
