As full time Fort Myers Residents we have , in the past, frequented this restaurant as one of our “go to” favorites. Today was our second visit in the last 3 months and I will say we will never return. Understaffed and POORLY MANAGED ! When asked to speak to the manager they sent one of “ kids” from the hostess staff. Where is the manager? When leaving with my hands full of to go containers , he asked would you like a bag. As I was walking out the door I overheard the two young hostesses mocking my “ Thank you” reply…. What is going on with this franchise?

It was a great experience. This was my first visit to a Carabbas. Our waitress, kaylie, was amazing and the manager even came and welcomed us for our first visit. We will definitely return

Now 3-6:30 bar area only. Used to be only high tops so make sure you ask when you pick your seat. The person beside my be eating 1/2 price appetizers but you’ll pay full price.
Our waiter was masked the entire time and very attentive to keep a safe distance as much as humanly possible...after all it is a person's choice if choosing to dine inside. We felt that they were very aware to follow all required CDC RULES.
