5 stars (before 12pm) - This is undoubtedly the best donut shop in Moore county. My absolute kryptonite …I never leave Pinehurst without having at least a dozen. Southern Angels has an incredible variety of every flavor you could think of, but my personal favorite is just the original glazed. (This is how you know they're good). Their only downside is for the majority of the time, their inventory is very cleared out by late morning (as they should be). However, their management is good about pre-packaging assorted dozens and glazed donuts for late afternoon customers. 10/10

Best doughnuts in Pinehurst! They are so tasty, huge, lots of flavors to choose from, and well worth the price. Make sure to get an apple fritter. They have a few sizes of fritters, with the large one easily feeding 5-6 people.
