Excellent in every way! They lady at check in was about as good as they come with Marriott and the hotel was spotless. Really couldn't ask for more. Bonus, the gym is spotless and smells like a spa!

This is normally where my family stays when we come in town, I believe management has truly made this Marriott Brand decline. When we come in town we normal book around 7 to 8 rooms maybe more. The last few times it has be the worst experience ever from the chained pool gate which is a fire hazard to the rooms smelling liken pet urine. The hotel staff is very un accommodating. Not only me but a few of my family are diamond Marriott members. We will no longer be staying athe Fairfield in in Rockingham, NC we are willing to stay a hour away just to drive in because of the poor experience we have endure. The pool was un kept, the front desk supervisor was unwelcoming and had a very poor attitude, Debbie the manager needs retraing and a staff intervention. I hope Marriott does something because the staff at this hotel is destroying the Marriott name and what people are accustomed to.

Positive: Very nice staff and clean; great location Negative: Breakfast shuts down totally at 9am during weekdays, a little more flexibility would be nice.

I was on a road trip and had an emergency. There is NOTHING near this hotel. It was the only place I could stop. When I pulled up the hotel would not let me use the bathroom I explained it was an emergency and they still said absolutely not. I said I’d buy a water or something from the convenience store they said no again. Without going too far into detail I didn’t make it to a bathroom….. had to completely change in their parking lot.
