Went to the ER today 4-17-22, just to see if this human bite that I have is infected, took them an hour & a half just to triage me. I went back to the front desk to ask if they called my name & I missed it & the lady said everyone had been seen except one guy who had just came in. Well obviously not because I’m still here & haven’t been helped,THEY FORGOT A PATIENT!! finally they called my name just to tell me to go have a seat back out in the waiting area. Sat there for another 30-45 minutes then I decided to leave. I understand that ER’s are busy places & that people who are sicker will be seen first but that’s still no excuse. YOUR STAFF FORGOT ABOUT ME! DO BETTER RICHMOND MEMORIAL.
