Negative 5 stars The staff is just horrendous. Katy and Illiana are a pair of dim-witting drama queens. They judge you and make you feel inferior for asking questions. I was supposed to move in and on the day of move in they tell me they can’t give me the keys due to reasons they should have previously explained. I’ve heard stories about the neighborhood and now I’m glad I didn’t move in. Found a way better place.

I’m one of the longest tenant at Fairways of Inverrary. Whenever there are any services needed, they are quick and does resolve the issues. The men and women who maintain and clean the properties are one of many reasons I’ve been there for a long time. The buildings are always clean first thing in the mornings, wash machines and equipments works well and the place always feel like home when coming home. The management team, Eliana and the leadership team does work with you and tries their very best to make things work for you. They are very reasonable with their rent including renewals. One of the best centralized location to reside. I must sincerely say I have absolutely no regrets living at fairways of inverrary. Mr. Reid

Terrible… Not enough parking. You pay rent here and they’ll still tow your car. Then say it’s unfortunate because their gates are broken because other people are parking here freely. Place is terrible

Rent increased 75.00. Water is included with rent, however tenant like me who live one person, one bedroom unit increase same as unit might have 4-5 people live in one unit. And they never cannot control who play loud music in the unit nor on the parking lot. Also, no security at all. Gates are broken as well as entrance doors to building. Anyone can enter without key and people park in Fire Zone throughout night. There is no security guard like used to 3 years ago. I am not sure but, I feel this place welcome more people with Government assistant program. You (anyone) may correct me if I am wrong.

The city of Lauderhill has the highest crime rate in Broward County, but the Inverrary neighborhood is nothing like the rest of the city -- it feels more like Plantation, Sunrise or Tamarac. The difference is striking as soon as you turn off Oakland Park onto Inverrary Blvd. The complex itself is quiet at night and feels exceedingly safe.
Because if they dont see your decal or your pass because you have a rental. They tow it and they dont care. They management has the worst attitude.
IT'S NOT WORTH IT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY DON'T MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY, THEY ARE CHEAP AF, THE PROPERTY OWNERS ARE OUT OF STATE, AND THE LOCAL MANAGEMENT HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AND RESOLVES ISSUES AS CHEAPLY AS POSSIBLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
No, any extra cars will have to park in the guess parking lot which also floods when it rains too heavily
You DONT' WANT TO BUY HERE. There are four apartment buildings, three that rent and one for owners. That building is known to have a lot of break-ins and is the only building that has bars on the windows. The maintenance crew ignores that building.
It's pretty quiet I'd say it's safe but do consider that people do tailgate you through the gate
4200 Inverrary Blvd...stop at call box, dial office, go straight through the gate, office is on your left after you go through the gate
