Overall a quiet, relaxing beautiful experience. The bartenders were super friendly and attentive. The mood and music playing in the background made the setting appropriate and giving to the moment. My friend and I enjoyed the evening and was very pleased with the service. What I like most is how late this brand of bars stay open. I can’t say thanks enough to business who constantly contribute to our local community. West Berlin is very blessed to be supportive by the Otts branch. Thanks again to the staff and leadership. The staff is great, the drinks are satisfying and the atmosphere and ambiance promote relaxation and peace.

Spacious bar. Was greeted by bartender before we even sat down, didn't have to wait at all even though thr bar was busy. Friendly fast service. Food was plentiful and fresh, flatbread was delicious, as were eggrolls (cheese sauce) and potstickers

Have a night cap for the first time at Ott's, our hostess Taylor made sure our needs were met. Didn't have any food but it looked delicious so I'll be back to try some another time. 👍🏾👍🏾

Always great food and company. Tacos, and large shrimp were excellent. French onion soup was also delicious. Amanda, the bartender is always pleasant as well. It was a great day because the Philadelphia Eagles won their first. Lots of celebrations.
