I've attempted to use the drive thru service here a few times. Most of the time they do not respond (even during their operating times) or respond after more than 15 mins of waiting and then never come back to you. Even if the waiting lines are long inside, the least you can do and let the patients know that there is a waiting time. Then check with them to let them know you haven't forgotten. What is the purpose of drive thru if you are not going to answer?
