I've used RushMyPassport twice; both times during an emergency when a normal amount of waiting time was not an option. The process was detailed but Customer Service was very efficient in their direction. Both my husband and I received our passports in the promised delivery time. I highly recommend this service. Keep in mind you are paying MORE for the service but if you need your passport quickly, it is worth the cost. Your passport arrives in by FedEx and not through regular mail so you have confidence you will receive it.

I had a real problem. My passport needed to be renewed, it was close to the end, but I had 2 trips planned, one before the renewal, and one just 3 weeks later that would be impacted by the expiration date. I contacted the RushMyPassport representatives by phone and we discussed the best approach. using their advice, I was able to take both trips by using the old passport first, returning to the US, and then using RushMyPassport to obtain a new passport in less than 3 weeks. It came a couple of days prior to the promised delivery date and the old passport was sent with it, so I have a good photoID I can carry as a backup in case of theft or loss. Thank you for your excellent service. The State Dept website indicated I was completely out of luck, but you got me through!

BUYER BEWARE….SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I paid the exorbitant $249 to have the express service because I had a trip that was 5 weeks out. I entered my trip dates and they did not warn me of any issues. I paid an additional $40 for express shipping to RushMyPassport for FedEx express shipping each direction. Their page implies the passports are usually completed within 4 weeks. My wife did not need her passport immediately so she downloaded the paperwork from US passport general site for free. On June 19 my wife sent my documents using the label provided by RushMyPassport for my docs. She then went to the FedEx location recommended by RushMyPassport. She sent both sets of docs for name changes for her and I separately. Hers with no rush just general delivery. Both packages arrived, per US Government on the same date: June 28 ( 9 days later). So much for express shipping for my packet. Then my wife’s get processed faster for the same name change! Hers is know on its way back. Mine is still in process. I called to question what my $249 expense covered. I was told that overnight or express shipping wasn’t written anywhere by the call receiver; then what was the extra $40 for each way!?! I was told they didn’t want to discuss my wife’s experience. I explained that that was my example that the service I paid them for was non existent.A normal person sending theirs through general delivery could complete the process and get their passport just as quickly and apparently faster. I was mocked, “ Well I’m sorry you feel that way!” I tried to explain that the facts are the facts, their service has provided me no expedited treatment. She advised they had provided their service and there is no recourse. I demanded a supervisor. I was not given the supervisor to speak to, just told an appeal form would be sent to me. Well the damage is done. It is Now July 15. I needed the passport for a Canada trip for July 22. I prefilled out the date on their web page, they provided me with no warning they could not deliver. They took my $249 for a service that has night proven any faster than just doing downloading completing and sending the documents myself as we learned from sending my wife’s documents at the same time for the same passport service. Do yourself a favor. Download the documents needed from the US Passport Gov site and save yourself a ton of money, instead of getting scammed by RushMyPassport’s implied expressed assistance. The time and effort is the same, only your left with a lot more money in your pocket for your trip and no disappointment from implied services. Good Grief!! Update: 09/05/2022 - still no passport. Still processing. Express service, not even close. Still maintain. Process same or much faster doing it yourself. Wasted my money. No appeal was sent. Very expensive lesson learned. BUYER BEWARE!

We were pleased with this service however My husband and I ordered our renewal at the exact same time. Mine came one week before his but his has the new laminated photo sheet and mine is the old style. Would like to have also gotten the newer passport and don’t understand why I got the old one.
