Wonderful experience at the pharmacy. I had set up an appointment and was taking care of in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly and the personnel was very nice and friendly with me :}

Worst place ever. DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS. Personal at the pharmacy is very rude. They are so unorganized. They play with your time. Tell you a time, and then an hour later you still waiting and at the mean time I had to be so much in pain because they are so unreliable. Don't care.

Poor customer service at the Pharmacy Department specifically on Aug 2-4.Firstly, the unanswered calls for inquiries. Secondly, once someone actually picks up the phone, you receive an inaudible voice and then a hang up. If you do receive a "human" voice to assist, the staff person provides incomplete or incorrect information leaving customers frustrated. This specific location needs proper training and professional competence. It's pathetic when customers have to opt to other inconvenient locations just to obtain acceptable customer service. Management get your act together.
