I have been SO excited to try this place since it's literally right next to my house and could be a place we pick up food from a lot. I ordered online 1 hour 15 minutes prior to them closing per their website hours. My husband arrived to pick up food and they don't have our order. He showed them his confirmation and they said "oh it come in after we closed. We locked the fridge." Mind you my husband arrived 45 minutes prior to closing. Would not even refund him on the spot and told him to call back another day. So you just took our money and now asked us to leave. Terrible service and communication. If you had to close early for one reason or another or your hours are wrong, the professional thing to do is just be upfront about it. Or at least call the customer to let them know their order can't be completed so they can figure out food for the evening. Update: it’s been 3 days and they still have not refunded us for food they never made/we didn’t receive. Update 8 days: They refused to give us a refund because they lied and told our credit card company that the food was made and handed to us. This company is literally lying and stealing money from customers.
