I did not have a good experience when I had my 2 Impact doors made for the remodeling of my house.. 1 Have the doors made on March 15 of this year 2 They told me they were ready for the middle of June but they were not ready 3 I called in July several times … because they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know the reason for the delay 4 Almost 6 months have passed and the doors have just been installed 5 I am not complaining about the quality of the doors… nor the subcontractor who installed the doors for me… the truth was that it was excellent 6 My complaint is the lack of Courtesy towards the Client….they said for June, then for July, then for August and that because I called them…the time could pass, no call was dispensed with due to the delay of the doors 7 If you want to have your doors made there... it's up to you. The truth is that my experience was not the best

Potential customer, totally ignored by staff, looked around show room for a solid 10 mins or so, didn’t get a single greeting from two gentlemen working inside. I can’t imagine the service if hired.

Windows and doors are beautiful. They took a little while to arrive but I understand that the manufacturer they use is the best in Miami so it was worth the wait. The service was brilliant from start to finish. Alex kept us updated the whole time. The installation guys were superb, very thorough and clean work. I highly recommend this company.

Everything about my experience with QDD was the very best. I am very picky, and it isn't easy for me to say that.
