Service is super slow, and you have to check what you paid, because sometimes they forget to give you everything that was ordered.

Slowest service EVER Drive through always backed up and when ordering inside the line is always long they don't have no sense of urgency. Took me 20 mins to place an order then another 15 to get my food

They deliver both with Doordash and Uber Eats. You have to order through the delivery service's website/app

Ok so this place is rude and dont try and get a job here because there system will be down for a month then after saying i got the job , wants to make excuses of why the manager aint there . just say the person isnt hired. Thats your job.

It Would probably be more convenient if you spoke to the General Manager yourself, posting this online doesn’t seem very helpful to you or the person seeking employment. It may have just been a bad day.

I go there 1 or 2 aweek last two times the chicken was dry rice stuck together i dont take it back because thay get mad thay need to train ther employees better customer service thank you this is the only place I could find to make a comment

We mainly choose chicken. The fried yucca 'nuggets' are sadly distasteful compared to their original size. Evidently they are getting too commercial now. Success is spoiling their original Cuban/Spanish flavor.
