Edit: Where do I complain about the waiter's service? Your waiter was actually kind to us. It's just that your soup and meat are too salty, not authentic Japanese ramen at all. Ramen was salty. Tonkotsu broth was too salty and definitely couldn’t drink it, noodles were undercooked and slightly hard, pork was super salty. Too many Japanese restaurants started by non-Japanese owners/chefs who can’t cook. Restaurant has forced gratuity. Egg was good. Original bubble tea flavor was good.

Drinks were cold. Bartender was very friendly. Can't wait to come back.
