Hey Talia, we’re so sorry about this incident. First off, we have a no return policy as mentioned on our sign, unless there is a factory defect. Second, we offered to exchange it for a new charger, even though we had tested the charger and it was working perfectly fine. Third, as you mentioned in your own comment, you had the charger for 3 minutes, within that time it would be impossible to tell whether it was too slow. We try to provide the best customer service possible, and we’re truly sorry you had an unpleasant experience.
