I'd give Weston Place Apartments a solid mediocre rating. It has potential to be better, but excessive staff turnover, inflated rent with no property enhancements, and trust/communication issues were major dealbreakers for me. In June 2022, I came by to see about a 1-bdrm apartment. I was shown the model, told the price and the girl wrote on paper that the available unit had stainless appliances and was a remodeled unit. Great. I signed and we set the move-in date. Fast forward to my move-in, and there are old kitchen cabinets and old white appliances. Of course, I had expected stainless. I complained to the office and after about 10 requests, they finally gave me an "inconvenience fee," but I don't think that they adequately compensated me for the switch and bait. Get everything they tell you in writing!! Trust nothing, their word means nothing. I moved in and found the place was not cleaned properly. I took tons of pictures to show them. And my closet doors were rusted, a closet shelf was completely wobbly/unusable, the living room and dining room windows were moldy and had no blinds on them. It took them almost two months to install blinds - they say their vendor was out. Meanwhile, people could see in my apartment for 2 months, which is creepy, especially at night. Being on the first floor, my patio gets flooded when it rains. Like an inch or two of rain that I need to sweep out. Other Olen properties have plexiglass around the screen to at least help keep the flood out. Weston Place has nothing like this. I'm paying $800 more than the previous tenant. And as far as I can see, there are no property enhancements for this increase. The gym is subpar and lacks even hand sanitizer and wipes, the club house and pool room can only be used when the office is open and they let you in. And even then, there's no working air conditioning in the clubhouse. I would think that since every resident is paying $800+ per month, management surely has the resources to make property enhancements. Yet I have not seen any. Also, don't buy their renter's insurance, it's a waste and doesn't cover your contents in the event of an incident. I went to Geico and for the same price, I got a policy that covers my contents. Olen's policy is a waste. In summary, Weston Place is just fair. It has the potential to be better, but for me, management didn't give me the apartment that I was promised (also known as a lie!), didn't clean the apartment that I did get, didn't inspect my apartment prior to move in to fix issues, took 2 months to put my blinds up, hasn't improved the gym/clubhouse, and hasn't worked out the patio flooding issue. For what we're paying - and considering we're paying so much more than what rent was - it seems that ownership is just pocketing the extra money and going on their merry way. And for that, I generously give Weston Place Apartments 2 stars.

I'm in weston, I'm leaving on August 10, 2022. And I stayed in apartment 301. I highly recommend it. Everything is new and remodeled. Excellent attention Marianni and Anna.

I just moved to Weston Place 1 month ago to Florida. I really appreciated Mrs. Marianny Sanderson help with the transition. Everything was smooth and without any issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Weston Place Apartments to live.
