I never gave bad review. This is actually my first one. They earned it. If I could give no star, I would. The experience was awful, especially with the "customer service" or maybe better to call it no service. This is not a gated community and pretty dirty as for the Weston city standards. Many times I had to request to fix appliances (leaking sink, A/C, fridge - this one was not fixed until I moved out). Many times my tickets were marked as resolved, even though nobody came in to check it. For a broken concrete step on the stairs -> they came, took a photo and marked as completed...really?...Finally, coming to my move out, and the charges - I hired a cleaning company to leave the apartment in the best possible condition but still I had to go back and forth with the community to dispute the charge they put on me on cleaning (provided photos of the cleaned apartment and the invoice from the cleaning company). Also, I was back charged for utilities, 2.5x higher than my monthly bill and refused to talk to me. If you could avoid this community, please do.

The one star reviews are all true. they keep hiking up the rent cause it’s “weston” but don’t care for their tenants at all. from leaky roofs, mold they only paint over (don’t actually take care of), to roaches, broken appliances, maintenance requests unanswered, it’s just not a good place. the apartment my family lived in wasn't renovated and they kept raising the rent matching renovated their apartment prices. bogus. my father had a very hard and bad time with this community and it’s management. they didn’t fix the leak in our roof until after 3 times we called for them to fix it and each time they’d just put some goop over it but the never fixed the actual roof until we made a problem

Application process is a nightmare. Do not waste your time applying here. They are very shady. When applying here, we received an email right away stating we were approved then later told we were not approved and had to show further proof of income. I was happy to show proof of income, but apparently they were really just screwing us around-- We provided proof of income via pay stubs AND tax forms AND financial statements notarized by CPA, but we were denied stating that we had "not shown tax info". We had supplied tax info and more, complete BS. We provided as much paper work as possible to prove our income. We were denied for a completely bogus reason. Of course, they will happily take your $300 per person application fee and not refund you after screwing you around. Complete scam.

bad experience! they got our admission wrong and didn't recognize it! The manager never had the courage to attend to us and now we still have to wait for the fees paid to be refunded. Too bad, run away!
