I felt welcomed and cared for the moment I came in the door. I wish I could recall the name of the individual who chatted with me for the first time. But he was wonderful, asking me questions about why I was there and making sure I didn't have an emergency medical problem that required quick attention. The check-in process went well, and Sam, my personal assistant, was excellent. I've had doctor appointments at places that were far less pleasant and friendly. This was my first Better Care visit , and I was blown away. That says a lot coming from me, who is extremely critical of service.

They made me feel as if they genuinely wanted to assist me.My immigration test was done easily The nurse practitioner communicated in such a way that I was able to comprehend all he said. This was a wise decision on my part. I shall return. Hopefully, not anytime soon.Thank to Better Care.
