I will NEVER come to this location. After explaining I was hard or hearing. Employees procedded to mock me and poking fun at my expense. Later when calling to speak to a manager about it. They refused to acknowledge any issue. Procedded to even tell me other locations I could try for deaf people. Do Better Arbys!

I generally like Arby's, but this location has be slowly declining. Normally a 4 star chain, but this is a 2 star location. I've had missing items in each of my last three orders. In the last it was a sandwich. After making it home and going back they didn't even have the decency of making a fresh one - or even offer fresh fries so I could have warm ones when I finally got to eat.

Frequent this Arby's whenever we come to Omaha. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The lobby has been decorated very nice for the Holidays. At this time, inside dining is not available. Always kept clean and organized.
