Good fitting but takes forever to get your clubs. No reasonable communication from Club Champion on timing - just a moving target on dates when they will be built/shipped/sent. You have to keep bugging them to get any info, and it's always changing.

I had a fitting in early October for irons with Gabe Ramirez. The whole experience felt like Disneyland for golfers. Gabe was incredibly, professional, personable and knowledgeable. He made sure to explain what all the numbers I was getting meant and what we were looking for. He listened to what clubs I thought I wanted to hit and also made great recommendations after watching me swing and reviewing the numbers we were getting. I also appreciated how he kept things light and fun. I walked out of the store ecstatic about my new clubs. Can’t wait to get the TaylorMade irons. Club Champion does not sell used clubs; we only offer the latest models available from over 60 golf brands. We work with 2nd Swing for trade-ins, and that process is handled online through our website; we do not take trade-ins in stores.
If you are looking to improve your golf game, yes! A Club Champion club fitting is designed to help you meet your golf goals — whether it's more distance, better accuracy, fewer putts, etc. Our goal in every fitting is to find the best combination of components to help you lower your scores and play your best golf. If we are unable to find a combo that beats what you already have in the bag, we won't recommend any new purchases — the point is to play with the clubs that work the best for you. In particular, higher handicappers see the most improvement, though our fittings benefit every level of golfer.
Our club fittings are the most in-depth in the industry, with technology like TrackMan and SAM PuttLab at our disposal. You'll work with a Master Fitter to dial in your shaft and clubhead from over 50K hittable combinations -- this is done by setting a baseline with your gamer and using the club technology available today to find a combination that outperforms that baseline and meets your goals. Once we find the perfect fit for your unique swing using data like smash factor, carry, and more, we'll walk you through the recommended clubs, prices, and options available to order a hand-built set to match what you hit in our fitting bays. We do the same with putter fittings, using SAM PuttLab technology to find the best option for your short game.
Club Champion team member here. Unlike big box retailers, we do not offer free demo sessions of any club -- we focus on in-depth custom fittings. So the answer is yes, you are absolutely welcome to book a fitting to try out anything in our matrix (including One Length) but it does require an appointment.
