I just had the most wonderful experience at the Beatrice UPS center in Beatrice,Nebraska. K Fuller worked with me and was extremely helpful. In fact, I would said that she went out of her way to help me return some items I ordered from Amazon. Needless to say, the Amazon return policy is not as easy as they lead you to believe. Ms. Fuller was very knowledgeable about the Amazon return policy and was able to walk me through the entire process, which would have been very confusing and frustrating if I’d had to maneuver the process on my own. UPS is very lucky to have an employee like K Fuller(I do know for what the K stands. I Just want to protect her privacy). If there is any special recognition acknowledgement for excellent customer service, I would like to highly recommend Ms. Fuller.. I will no longer avoid returning items through our local UPS center because what could have been a terrible experience turned out to be quite pleasant and the best part is I feel like I gained a new friend.. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my very positive experience and allowing me to express my appreciation and gratitude for the professional and helpful service extended me by K Fuller. They are Always delivering my packages the day after they say it will arrive! I got a package on time maybe twice while being in the area…. It’s always UPS! Everyone else is always early or on time!

Paid 57.00$ for a next day air "guaranteed" delivery sevice, ordered on a thursday 12/17 fast forward to a monday 12/21 at 6:30am and notified that package is on truck for delivery....So 10:00am rolls around still nothing yet. Once again, proof there are no guarantees...only ignorance regarding the definition of "next"...I bet all those next day air deliveries on the truck ahead of mine (dropped off between 7 am and whenever mine decides to show up) are going to be delivered to some real cheery folks who ordered next day air service delivery 5 days ago, at the very least...if they are prioritizing in any way that is...But I guess its my own fault for not having the package held for pickup with the convienient walk in service and the generous time frame they offer for friendly ease of customer use. So it's 1 big gold star for #1 service without a doubt.... ..We apologize your experience at this location did not meet your expectations. Your feedback will help us improve your future experience. The service has always been good but the packages are always filthy/dirty/dusty...I hate to even touch them.
