Positive: The room setup. Glorious furniture. So basic bathroom repairs are needed, but nothing that effecting me. Negative: I wished the gym had hand weights,and a bench or matts. It had so many treadmills.

The customer service was good and the breakfast was basic. My only complaint is that there was hair in the shower before I used it, the pipes screamed for a good few minutes while I showered, and where the wall meets the shower it was starting to separate.

Positive: They worked with me when weather caused an event postponment to adjust my days and times, and made it very easy. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was very good and the staff could not have been nicer. Negative: Nope, will look to stay there again in the future

I was traveling with my 95-year-old mother to visit family and attend my 40th class reunion. We felt very much at ease from our arrival. The front desk staff was present, visible and engaged when we entered. The room was very comfortable with lots of nice touches - accent lights, well-placed furniture, low profile window blinds. It was on the first floor and parking was convenient. We only stayed one night, but I could've easily stayed longer and spent more time. The food was excellent, though the main traffic lane of entry went right through the tables and chairs area. My mother wished for a grab bar near the commode. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
