Your should call the Boca office of FirstService Residential. Tell tge receptionist that you need to put in a work order. You can also ask to speak to your property manager or Administrative Assistant.

Not sure what you mean by restrictions. Are allowed to rent, yes. Tenants have to do application and have to be approved through HOA.
