I had a great experience with Jessica at this location! She came out and explained to me and my family how to properly do my tag and title transfer and answered all of our questions. I had a poor experience with some of my paperwork as it was put on hold and I was not notified but Jessica's professionalism and kindness made up for the inconvenience. She was truly a ray of sunshine and remembered exactly who I was when I came to get my tag and title. I would come back next time for sure.

First off, you can’t go inside. There’s a sign on the door that tells you to wait in your car. Well, if you Uber’d over there like I did, you have to wait outside….not sure if they know, but they’re located in Florida and it’s 138 degrees outside in August. Secondly, their fee is exorbitant! $250 just to process your paperwork over and above any state registration fees. But o shouldn’t be surprised….this is typical of Boca Raton! Follow-up from review….Auto Tags of Broward on Hillsboro Rd in Deerfield, is a $35 fee!

Great Job!We did a title transfer after we purchased our leased car .Nicole S was great !she even came outside to my car to make it easy cause I had my six year old son sleeping in car she was great very quick professional I’ve been using this tag agency for 6 years now there great!

Good evening Vivian. The tax collector's office is where you need to go. 501 s Congress ave in delray beach. You have the option of going there and wait or make an appointment. For appointments go online pbctax.com. If you need any more help, give us a call during normal business hours.... thanks and welcome to Florida.
