I will never step foot in this location again. Unless I have solid proof an employee has been fired. If she’s relocated I won’t go to that location either. I like Goodwills because they employ individuals with disabilities. However, when me and a coworker brought in a group of individuals with disabilities to go shopping today one of the employees, a blonde lady who had her hair in pigtails, muttered under her breath and called 2 of our individuals “stupid” when walking past them and their walker. She could have asked them to please move, or gone around them but no, she ruined their entire day and there were many many many tears shed when we left. Feelings absolutely crushed. What an insensitive, terrible woman. Shame on her.

My daughter looks for beanie boos and babies. She has lots of luck. She finds 10- 19 a day. She loves going there! She says that Lori is our good luck!

Called the place, they answered and instantly hung up. I called them back, I could tell by her tone, that the girl had just finished laughing. I didn't confront her about it and asked my question anyways. Listen I understand you guys are almost closed, but there's no reason to be disrespectful to customers. You really could've just not answered the first time I called and I would've understood.

Lori was extremely helpful for my boyfriend and I. She had great customer service and was very polite. My boyfriend and I had trouble getting a couch but she helped us and we use our couch every day! The manager was also helpful and nice. Lori should get more appreciation. I would shop here again.
