if you have a car dont bother moving here . the parking is ridiculous. people are tailgating inside behind you just to get in the parkin lot ! absolutely crazy and unsafe!!!!! anyone can follow you home !! the loud noise from parties the bugs are huge ! the garbage man complains about taking out the trash god forbid its not tied up or too heavy he wont take it . william was great when i signed the lease but the bald hispanic guy was so rude and nasty! i dont even bother going back to the leasing office because i dont feel welcome or safe there. this apartment is really overpriced for the parking and they could clean up alot more.. honestly just dont bother.

This place might be beautiful and nice looking on the outside but do not be fooled. I was one of the first people to moved into building 10 in November, 2021. I pay my rent using their application. Every time you pay the rent, it shows a remaining balance of 0$. From November through February, I never received confirmation text or emails saying they received the payment of the month. In February I went to pay the rent using the application which I had been doing for a few months already and the application crashed. The following day I saw that the balance of the rent was still there as if the rent wasn’t paid. Since there was a balance as if the rent payment did not go through, l paid it. They ended up charging me the rent twice that month, and all the leasing office could say was that I made a payment twice, that they couldn’t refund me that I should just leave the two payments on my account. I got charged a 50$ non-refundable NSF fee when it wasn’t even my fault why their application crashed. We’re not allowed guest past 1am. Meaning, if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend they are not allowed to sleep over because their vehicle isn’t allowed on the premises. If you have family staying at your house from out of town, they can’t sleep over because their vehicle isn’t allowed in the premises after 1am. People pay 1700$+ for rent for the leasing office to tell us we can’t have guest past 1am, it’s ridiculous. We pay for pest control and trash pick up, meanwhile the place has bugs everywhere outside of my door; sometimes even in my apartment and the person who’s suppose to pick up the trash sometimes just leaves it there. My garbage tipped over because of winds and some trash fell out and immediately picked it up once I noticed and they tried to charge me a 80$ fee. They charge fees for any little thing. Management at the leasing office never tries to help and have nasty attitudes. Overall very unhappy here.

We have been living at Vista Lago for a year now and will renew our contract for another year. The team at the leasing office is very professional and are always on top of everything to keep the property looking beautiful. The parking rules are there to make sure there is enough space for us residents to park our vehicles when we get home.

Is crazy how incompetent this place is and how they get you to leave there! They don’t ALLOW ME to have ANY visit because they will towed … they don’t even have a visitor pass what is that ??????? Dog park is always dirty … Pool is always dirty! Don’t make the same mistake we made !!
