I only have luck if I follow the prompts to "other" instead of the "make and appointment" prompts. It brings you straight to a person who is able to book appointments. I hate the calling system they have in place. It should not be that difficult to be able to get through and no one returns the messages, at least not in a timely manner.

The one on sarno is pretty bad

No they need to do their job, you can only have patience for so long. It’s unprofessional an unacceptable for people to have to call multiple times just to get an appointment.

They have a patient portal

No we do not, we give orders so you can get them done @your in network facility.

You can sign up and get a Dr. referral. If you don't have insurance, they will work with you. I only pay $20 to see the dentist.

No they send you for one with a referral

Yes if your signed up there and referred by the Dr

Not sure of your question. They have a sliding scale for most services. You won’t find better care, my opinion.

I go to the Port St John office. There is never along wait and always a courteous staff... Not sire about the Melbourne location.

BHA accepts Share of Cost. If you do not meet your monthly deductible, they will back you up on their sliding fee scale.

It's based off your income most likely between a $10 and $20 copay on Dental... possibly free depending on your situation

'They' don't do the 'ultrasounds' ... BHA sends you to a Health First affiliate for ultrasounds, cat scans, mri's, etc. The PROBLEM is that YOU have to PAY 75% to HF & they want full payment up front. Don't get me wrong, a 75% DISCOUNT is a BLESSING 'IF' you can afford it (Ex: a Cat Scan W/CONTRAST is $300 which INCLUDES the 75% discount). Many ppl LOST their jobs or are STILL furloughed because of Covid-19 while other's have jobs that BARELY pays their rent.🥺 HOW can THEY afford the NEEDED tests? They CAN'T‼️THAT issue NEEDS to be addressed on a State/County level imho. OR instead of MILLIONS in taxpayer 💰 going to PP (who already make MEGA MILLIONS BEFORE receiving Federal money💰 (aka TAXPAYERS), WHY doesn't the Fed Gov't use it to help subsidize HEALTH facilities that actually HELP to the SAVE lives of financially challenged Americans⁉️ To ME this is COMMON SENSE ... to politician's ... it's a THREAT to their campaign donations‼️😤

Yes they take self pay, but you have to qualify.. you need your tax return and a least two months of pay stubs.. if you have no Job and didn't file last year.. you need to have a letter from whoever is supprting you financially.

If i remember correctly they are closed . Sorry to hear . If lt is serious you can call the office . The answering service will get the call and ask you questions . If they believe it is serious they will make a call to the on call doctor .

I have walked in and I was seen, it did take a wile, and I didn't always see my primary care.

They have a pediatric, adult and dental department. I absolutely love Dr. Lockhart, she has been seeing my children for years. My only.complaint is the way the office is ran. It's literally the worse ran office Ive ever dealt with. They either never answer the phone or never call you back. Very unorganized and I probably would have changed doctors because of it had I not liked Dr. Lockhart so much. Hope that helped.
