My 18 year old son and I come to your gym every day M-Sat @6:00 a.m. Grant and I are always greeted in a warm and friendly manner by a young lady named Gracie. What a super start to one’s day! Grant and I love how clean you maintain this facility! The staff is kind and gracious and always ready to help. Yesterday we were thrilled to try out the gorgeous new treadmills! What a wonderful surprise this was. Genesis receives an A++ rating from our family for going above and beyond in client service!!! So glad we joined!

Hi Sylvia! We don't take silver sneakers at East Lincoln, but we do accept it at our Lincoln Racquet Club and O Street locations, which are also located in Lincoln. Any Genesis location can help you develop a personal fitness plan! We have great personal trainers who make plans for anyone, even if you have health concerns. Thanks for reaching out!
Pricing always vary but last I knew it was $45 plus tax comes out to like $52 to 55 something like that. And you can get a free consultation with a trainer and depends on their price they charge it will vary in what you negotiate for the trainer fee or price.
They have different memberships cost.
Most classes are free, but not all. I don't see any reason a 17 year could not go to a class. Ask at the desk about the classes you are interested in or ask any of the trainers.
I believe they are typically $10; however, I think you get 3 free guest passes with your membership
