We visited as we normally do. Please keep in mind that we normally have a good experience but our most recent experience was complete trash. I took my son in to get a hair cut and everything started fine until the stylist started being very rude and what I thought was forceful with my son. Mind you my son is 5 years old and moves around. She was not understanding to this fact at all and seemed irritated the whole time. We finished the hair cut, I paid for the hair cut, and we left only to find out that the hair cut was not complete. There were patches of hair on my son's head that were not even touched. Then, the stylist had the nerve to tell me, "Next time just tell the stylist to use a #8 guard because doing this by hand is too much work." I was kind of taken aback but I took the advice. I took the advice to not visit this location again. We ended up fixing the missed patches of hair as I could not imagine going back in and having that irritated hair stylist fix the mistake that she made.

Anne was very very unprofessional. I asked if her supplies were clean because the area where her things were at were covered in hair and from what I saw she only swept the floor and as a saftey concern I thought I'd ask and she got snippy with me. She proceeded to be very aggressive with giving me my hair cut and it didnt turn out how i wanted. I dont recommend getting a hair cut from her. If youre going to belittle your customers and give them a bad hair cut youre in the wrong profession.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
