I'm a new client. I haven't even seen the lady yet. She is the co-owner and has canceled on me twice. I've bought the hair and been holding this money for two weeks. She skipped me and did my mothers hair. The box braids were terrible. They are falling apart so I had to fix them. Canceling on a client is not how you conduct a business. I wouldn't recommend using this business.

It is best to call because it depends if they have a stylist available to do it. They have stylists from all over Africa to the islands and their turnover can be high.
