Hadn't been to Red Robin in a while. I had the battered cod with Red Robin's in-house made potato chips. The unlimited fries and/or chips, friendly service, and cocktails are always a plus.

I've ordered food twice from here recently. The delivery app won't let me complain because it's "just condiments". I've asked for multiple things that were not delivered either time I.e utensils, dipping sauce. They do not pay attention to requests like "no pickles" either. Food was fine but I will never order delivery again.

Our waiter Jeffrey was out standing!! We had a large group, celebrating a birthday 🥳🎈🎈 Separate checks, and a lot of orders to remember. He still did remarkably with a great attitude, which quite honestly I wouldn't know if i could handle it And to top it off, Jeffrey and staff sang happy birthday to my girl. She loved it!! It made her feel very special. Thank you so very much!! We'll be back 😊

This is one of those reviews that's difficult to write. Do I give a rating based on the food? Or the service? Or both? The food was 5 stars; the service was 1 star. Hence the 3 star rating. First, about the food. It was hot and fresh, and was pretty standard fare for RR. But, the service was mediocre at best, bad at worst. Our server did the bare minimum. For example, she didn't say anything more than she had to to help us. When she asked if we were ready to order, my friend asked to start with some fries. She acknowledged it and then quickly turned to walk away. I had to yell to her that I wanted to order a cocktail. This. Is. Her. Job. What happened to asking, "Anything else?" or "Is that all for now?" She was like this through our whole meal, treating us like we were a chore. Honestly, she's lucky my friend picked up the check because if it had been me, she would have received a minimal tip for her minimal (and terrible) service.
