Had an item clearly marked $40 off as a clearance item. Same item as item underneath and everything. I was told by Mackenzie that the clearance marking was incorrect. Clearly if something is marked clearance that's the price it should be per BestBuy corporate. I was informed that if they mark it incorrectly they have to honor the price shown. Guess I just need to get my electronics from Newegg moving forward.

Absolutely horrific!! Ryan S. and Patrick B. will make a lot of promises but will not fulfill any of them. I spent thousands for theater and exterior entertainment. It’s been over a month and still no product. They communicated thoroughly up front until I paid for my equipment. After payment nothing mattered. I have dealt with a lot of Best Buy’s and always been pleased. This Owensboro Best Buy will never see my business again. The GM also stated they could compensate a lousy $150. That was such an insult. I would suggest new upper management and training for all employees on how to communicate properly with customers.

I had a difficult situation for the manager and geek squad to fix and they went above and beyond to help. My problem was solved better and faster than I could have imagined. I can’t say enough about the team they have at this Best Buy.

There is no reason why they wouldn't. However I would check their website for stock information. Graphic cards seem to be a harder to find item currently.

So call Best Buy HQ and they will issue a new one as neccessary it's no problem
You could call Best Buy, but you will likely have more luck calling the service number of the TV manufacturer. That number should be on the first couple of pages of the instruction manual.

Depends on what bank you have. Sometimes it goes straight back on there right after the return. But it can take up to 10 business days to go back to your card.
