Would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place should be BLACKLISTED for military personnel. Update: 12AUG2020 The management did it again! I came home at 2100, after being at work since 0500. The door was wide open, obviously door unlocked with various room doors open, all lights on in the apartment unit. I just complained about them coming into my residence without informing me 4 days prior. (I have 0 roommates, so the other 2 doors should be locked) 09Aug2020 So these people who are cleaning the apartments, they are extremely loud and are not wearing uniforms relating to what they do. They did not knock or email to let the residents know that rooms are to be cleaned. They went through my fridge and were talking about what was in my fridge, then put their trash in my trash can. A huge inconvenience if you were to have a night shift prior to them entering the apartment. Thanks for being rude and having loud random people bombard my residence while I was sleeping after a 24 shift at work. 26Jan2020 Left my vehicle in the parking lot, on a weekend trip to Nashville. I came home the next day to 2 of my tires slashed. Come to find out the gates were left open, so random drunk people were on a hot ride slashing tires. When I went to get security camera footage, I was told, “The cameras do not work.” Various multiple other times management has came into my residence without notifying me, leaving all the lights on, a mess in the common area, door wide open(unlocked) for the whole world to come into while I’m away at work all day. I don’t want to live here anymore. If it wasn’t for the contract, I would’ve been gone. They do not do background checks of applicants and the lease states that you can not have guns/weapons on this property. I’m about to pepper spray/tase these people for entering my residence. I am sick and tired of feeling unsafe and constantly disturbed while trying to live peacefully. The management is still working on their people skills and ability to do their job correctly. Once they achieve that the complex should be great from there.

The staff here is awesome! They are so kinda and helpful, as well as solve any issues with quickness. It has great amenities such as a pool and workout room. The newly remodeled units are beautiful. Very convenient location to downtown, APSU, and Wilma Rudolph, as well!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy . I have countless issues with this place twice they put me and moldy room and then when I contacted someone about they didn’t do anything about it. So clearly they don’t care about their residents health and well being
