They only have one person working the window‘s.. with two people in front of me it took 43 minutes to get To the window only to find out my prescription wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes even though I called 10 hours earlier and they said it would be ready in an hour. WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.. with a competent one that understands hou need more than one person working their drive through only in Clarksville smh.

This specific Walgreens is either severely understaffed, or terribly mis-managed… I’ve been coming here for years and things didn’t get really bad until 2021. Nothing but waiting at this business, always lines that take several minutes to get through, etc. If there is a line in the drive through- it will be at least 30 minutes for them to tell you your order isn’t ready. Additionally, I didn’t realize how bad it was until I switched to Walmart (they have you in and out in 15 minutes no hassles).

I don't really know what to rate it but they have some decent prices, and it's a super clean atmosphere, the whole building was clean accept for the bathroom. Their was no toilet paper, the toilet was musty, the sinks looked like someone had slottered in them. And the staff is kind of rude. Y'all need to toughen up and hire a manager to clean your bathrooms please for the love of buildings! Overall it's good

I have been to Walgreens twice and was called and told my meds were ready for pick up! TWICE NOW I have shown up and they aren’t even ready. Not to mention being on hold for an hour and twenty minutes just to show up inside and see 10 people behind the counter and not a single person can answer the phone! Literally the worse pharmacy ever!

... But it's not my job to do theirs...nor is it to have to clean and organize their store... Which was very messy. Oh, what's their policy on cell phone use when at the register? And aren't customers supposed to be greated? Kinda sad to see that Walgreens is probably going to follow in the footsteps of Rite-aide...

They are the worst. I've actually did that myself but got so mad I went and parked, went in and was done in 5 minutes. I don't get it. Just ridiculous.
Depends on your insurance company but it shouldn't be a problem. It would be a refill on vacation. Or if u move you'll have to change your info after u fill it.
