Horrible customer servcie. I had an appt a month in advance for passport and when I show up they say no agent available. No call.ot no email. The postal workers were extremely rude about it. Ignorant people at this post office.

Absolutely horrible and ridiculous. There was just someone delivering mail, I am waiting for a birthday present for my husband. It said it delivered today come to find out AGAIN, someone else’s package was in the box with the key that I received from USPS. I don’t know what the issue is here but this has happened about four times now. When bringing the package to the person who lives in the apartment unit, she’s had missed deliveries about three times and no one ever came to give her her correct package. This is absolutely insane. The amount of money that I spent on this just to have someone who is inconsiderate not look at what they’re doing. And I’m still waiting for a callback for the past five hours. Absolutely ridiculous. If it was just one time then OK. This has happened multiple times and needs to be fixed.

I was dreading going here after reading the horrible reviews but I had to get a passport mailed off. The gentlemen working at the time, Kerry, was very professional and helpful in getting me what I needed. I removed one star though because he was the only one working on shift at the time, and you could tell he was very busy and trying to service multiple issues at once.

Extremely rude people work here. I missed a package and had a note to pick it up at this post office. Rude lady (I'll call her lady but really she is a much worse word) takes the note and goes in the back for about 1 minute and said she can't find it. I'm like ok well can you look more cause it's definitely back there. She comes back again and said she can't find it. Extremely rude with a nasty attitude when I hadn't started to give her any yet. At this point I certainly do, I said well what am I supposed to do. So she goes back again and finds it. I really wanted to do really bad things but just the attitude this b**** had, wow. Something wrong with these people at this post office. Need to be checked for sure!
