After midnight and drunk nextdoor neighbors were once again swearing, loud music etc. Called Apex cops and a cop named Paul came and asked the guys to turn music down. My 89 year old mother and my sister and I are 60 years old almost. Had to call the apex cops again and same cop came asked them nicely to turn it down then came over to me and tried to shame me for calling. Nope. Scared cop in Apex leaving older ladies alone to deal with a bunch of drunks. Pathetic. It is a reoccurring theme most weekends but if this Paul cop comes you’re on your own. Thank God he doesn’t work in Durham or Raleigh.

Out of respect for law enforcement 5 stars always, but in regard to a recent situation with an apex police officer, I am completely shocked. I Got pulled over today April 13th as the cases of the virus are rising daily here, for if you can believe it. "An expired tag". So I Was now asked for my license. Without face coverings or gloves and I obviously oblidged. But unbeknownst to the officer, My wife just returned from the epicenter of the pandemic. Brooklyn NY to see her dying brother. And his son is a correction officer at rikers island.and he has a partner, who has tested positive,and his wife is an ER nurse in long island. So here I am handing my license to an apex cop in a high risk incident.who has just handled a license from a driver that only 3 people prior has tested positive for the virus,and all this risk Over "an expired tag". I am absolutely appauled at a sergeant directing his own officers to write tickets for such miniscule infractions at this horrific time, he has asked his officers to put there lives and there families lives and others at risk, for the sake of writing tickets. And such a slap in the face to all the first responders world wide, fighting this horrific war. But then again, this is the same sergeant that had them set up a multi unit speed trap under 540 on the 10 year anniversary of 9/11. So insensitive and completely arrogant, if not now????? when do we take our foot of the gas.???? Where is the justification of ANY law enforcement to be exaserbating an unheard period of time in our society for an "expired tag" I Thought it was so horribly wrong and unjustified, and I do hope one day when you are looking for advancement. This review comes up. And shows how your arrogance, and ignorance has not only put your piers in harm's way and there families lives, It has also put the public, you gave an oath to protect in harms way. So shameful!!!

Officers laughing at a mentally troubled young girl in need of help and throwing their litter on my neighbors front lawn right in front of her. Unreal. Not professional and not fit for the uniform. Absolutely disgraceful.
