Yes plenty of rv parking outside of parking garage.
If you are parking in the parking garage for Terminal 3, you stay to the right when pulling up the ramp to pay (around the corner and after the porters). The right lane is capable of using Sunpass or Epass. You just push the "Use Epass" button and that's it, it charges your pass for your entire stay and the gate opens. Very quick and efficient.
