Took my dog for follow up blood work, and within 7 days...we have a outbreak of kennel cough. Of course, when they called me, because I sent a rather unpleasant email, I was more or less informed he could've gotten it anywhere. My dogs stay in my house, are around no other pets, privacy fenced yard, and were perfectly fine until that visit. Im not saying they are a bad vet by no means, but maybe need to clean treatment areas with bleach cleaner a little more, and not have multiple dogs in close proximity. Besides that, they are really good and nice people. But I will give some advice...watch how you talk down to people condescendingly. I know quite a bit about veterinary care. Probably more than the young lady who called me. Not plus... I'm old enough to be your mother!

Very caring and compassionate people work here, one of the best animal hospitals I have ever been to. really couldn't ask for better care for any of my pets

Probably when a vaccine had been distributed for some months. If a restaurant comes down with the virus, they have to close and quarantine for at least 2 weeks. This is ok because it's not a life threatening situation, and if they want to backfill with temporary workers, it's relatively easy because it's less skilled labor. But if a doctor or a veterinarian gets the virus, the practice has to shut down for 2 weeks. The highly skilled and certified labor is much harder to backfill because it's specialized work and they're in demand at their own practices. And now any client that is greviously wounded or sick is in a very dangerous situation in that quarantine period. It's just not worth the risk.
Thank you for your interest, we are a for-profit veterinary hospital. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Also, thank you for the kind answers that were previously posted to this question.
They take walk ins if they can, but you might be there awhile. I would recommend making an appointment. You can also set up a drop off appointment.
They do. My little guy got neutered last week for $150.
